Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Such systems are intended to assist operational processes only
• They do not constitute professional, human, or authoritative judgment
• Outputs, recommendations, or insights generated are indicative and non-binding
• Users remain solely responsible for independent evaluation and decision-making

Users acknowledge that automated or AI-based outputs may be influenced by information submitted, managed, or modified by other Users through the Platform. The Platform does not independently verify or validate the accuracy, completeness, or intent of such User-submitted inputs.

The Platform may display sponsored content, banners, advertisements, brand polls, surveys, and promotional materials.

• Impression-level and interaction-level data (such as views, clicks, and engagement metrics) may be collected
• Aggregated and anonymized insights may be shared with sponsors or partners
• Personally identifiable information, such as individual email addresses and mobile numbers, shall not be disclosed as part of such aggregated reporting

By voluntarily participating in any sponsor-led poll, survey, or promotional activity, Users expressly consent to the sharing of the information they submit with the relevant sponsor or brand for communication, research, or promotional purposes. The Platform shall not be responsible for the sponsor's independent data practices.

By using the Platform, Users expressly consent to receive communications, including transactional messages, service notifications, updates, announcements, and promotional content, via email, SMS, WhatsApp, notifications, and other electronic or digital communication channels.

Users categorized as Participants may additionally receive sponsor-issued coupons, discount codes, or promotional offers sent to their registered email address.

Withdrawal of consent may limit or disable access to certain features or services. Users may opt out of promotional communications at any time; however, transactional and service-related communications may continue as required.

To use the Platform, users agree that they must have attained the minimum legal age as described herein.

The minimum age for using the Platform shall be eighteen (18) years. However, if the laws applicable in user's jurisdiction prescribe a higher age for EPIIC to lawfully provide the services through the Platform, then such higher age shall be deemed the minimum required age.

If users are under the age of 18 or under the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction, they may access and use the Platform only under the direct supervision and consent of a parent, legal guardian, or a duly responsible adult.

Personal data is not sold or rented. Information may be disclosed to Technology and service providers engaged for Platform operations, Payment gateway providers, Analytics and infrastructure partners, Legal or regulatory authorities where required by law, Sponsors, strictly in aggregated or expressly consented form.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. No responsibility is assumed for third-party privacy practices.

Any access to personal information by another User occurs solely as a result of User-initiated actions, permissions, or consent provided through the Platform. The Platform acts only as a technical intermediary and shall not be deemed to independently disclose personal data.

Each User accessing information through the Platform is independently responsible for compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws with respect to their own use, storage, and processing of such information.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are implemented to protect information.

Users acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and accept such inherent risks.

The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance functionality, analyze usage, improve performance, and support analytics and promotional activities.

Cookies are small data files stored on a User's device that enable the Platform to recognize returning users, remember preferences, and understand how the Platform is used.

User information shall be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, including operational continuity, auditing, and legal compliance unless a longer retention period is required under applicable law.

Deletion requests shall be honored subject to applicable legal, regulatory, or statutory retention obligations.

Users acknowledge that requests for deletion, withdrawal of consent, or restriction of processing submitted to the Platform shall not automatically apply to information independently accessed or retained by other Users pursuant to lawful access, and such requests may need to be addressed directly with the relevant User, subject to applicable law.

Users agree to provide accurate, lawful information and to use the Platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner.

Subject to applicable law, Users may request access to their information, withdrawal of consent, or deletion by submitting a request through the Platform's published contact mechanism.

This Policy may be amended at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
